Terms & Conditions: Accord of Echoes
Last Inscribed: August 12, 2025
By traversing this archive, communing with its scrolls, or submitting any echo—be it word, glyph, image, or whisper—you enter into sacred accord with the Archivist and its Lore-Bound Repository (“the Site,” “Harlemans,” “the Codex”).
Offerings and Intent
Any fragment shared with this vault—whether through form, parchment, or consultation—is presumed offered willingly, with conscious intent. You affirm that:
You possess rightful authorship or sharing permissions
No glyph violates copyright, trademark, or the sanctity of third-party relics
Your submission does not harbor malice, falsehood, or unstable enchantments (malware, spam, etc.)
Privacy of Offered Fragments
All echoes are held with care. See the Privacy Scroll for full edicts. This section affirms:
No information shall be traded with foreign realms or data barons
All personal offerings shall be used solely to improve the Codex’s function, security, or correspondence
You may request redaction of any fragment at any time
Authority and Sovereignty
The Archivist reserves dominion over:
Which echoes are retained, released, or forgotten
Banishment of disruptive glyphs, false scrolls, or fractured users
Alteration of this Accord to match evolving lore, law, or purpose
Each visitor traverses by their own accord and understands the risks of exploring ancient and experimental terrain.
Governing Scrolls
This Accord is inscribed in alignment with the laws of the earthly dominion where the Archivist resides (Florida, USA), and subject to its earthly tribunals unless otherwise decreed in celestial arbitration.
Contact the Archivist
For petitions, clarifications, or sacred revisions, commune through the sanctioned contact form.
By continuing your traversal, you consent to this Accord and its echoes. May your glyphs be sharp, your intent be true, and your path be well-lit within the archive.
